The Role:
In this role you will be working alongside a team of resources and account managers to assist the team through:
Candidate sourcing - writing job advertisements, database searches, phone screening, LinkedIn searches and other methods;
Candidate care - candidate communication, database management.
Onboarding support - facilitating pre-employment testing and reference checking, administrative onboarding for new contractors
Skills, Experience & Attitude:
We prefer a great attitude over recruitment experience
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise
Strong administration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Genuine, respectful and hungry to succeed
Intermediate proficiency using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
