Recent approvals for considerable life of mine extension and over 300 million tonne of resources add opportunity and career prospects.
We are currently looking for a highly motivated Environment & Community Coordinator to join our team. This position is a permanent Full-Time contract, working a Monday to Friday roster.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Managing the approvals, compliance reporting & aboriginal heritage for the Bulga Complex
- Assisting with internal & external Environment and Community engagement
- Engagement with the workforce on Environment & Community matters.
About you:
- An extensive experience in an Environment & Community role within the mining industry.
- A excellent working knowledge of Environmental Management Systems.
- A commitment to our people, the environment, our community, and continuous improvement.
- Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science or another relevant qualification.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- A highly consultative approach with stakeholders.
- Ability to follow a plan and the resilience to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
- A positive attitude, reliability and commitment to working proactively.
