The opportunities are typically located in the Hobart CBD or surrounding areas. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of one year of experience in a HR field who are eager to explore new opportunities.
About you:
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You are proficient in technology systems and can quickly learn new ones.
- You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- You have a minimum of one year of relevant experience in the HR field.
- You have great customer service skills.
Main Duties:
- Undertake the accurate, confidential, efficient and effective processing of recruitment, selection, probation, vacancy control, staffing, transfer, job design and maintain confidential, accurate and up to date records.
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Developing programmes that enhance employee relations
- Ensuring employees have correct pay and benefits
- Delivering compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team
- Promoting equality, health and safety within the company
- Ensuring that company employment policies follow national laws and regulations
- Advising executives on matters of salaries, redundancy and employment law
- Recording and processing confidential information
- Liaise and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders in relation to recruitment and employment matters to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
