Reporting to the Business and Compliance Supervisor, the Equipment & Maintenance Manager forms a critical part of the restaurant team. This role is suited to an individual who has experience and / or a keen interest in equipment, is highly organised, is able to work autonomously and displays high attention to detail.
This is a full-time position across 2 sites with typical working hours between 4am and 12pm. (open to discussion) Days and hours may change and vary in time to meet the needs of the restaurant.
What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?
- Ensure equipment is well functioning and the restaurant environment is safe and secure
- Conduct planned maintenance and calibrations on all key equipment (training will be provided)
- Manage relationships with outside trades and tech experts as needed

Qualifications:
Previous experience with equipment and planned maintenance also a bonus
Hours - Between 30 and 38 hours a week. Part time or Full-time contract on offer for the right person.
