Federation Council has recently restructured the HR function making available a position for a talented individual who is committed to a career in Human Resources. The successful applicant will participate in performing the transactional functions of HR including recruitment, Award interpretation and compliance, policies and procedures, data analysis and reporting, maintaining the HR digital platform and providing a professional service to the organisation’s internal stakeholders.
The position will also specialise in staff inductions, job evaluations, EEO and regular statistical reporting.
This position offers the opportunity for you to grow and develop a range of both generalist and specialist HR skills in a supportive environment where your efforts and achievements will be recognised, whilst making an important impact on the organisation, and community.
The appointment will be in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award and Council’s policies and conditions of employment. The salary will be within the range of $1,455.50 to $1,606.60 per week, depending on qualifications, experience and skills.
