FMCG Inventory Manager
Leadership role in FMCG for national food distributor

About the Company
Our client is an Australian-owned, national food distribution company based in Western Sydney.
About the Role You will manage a team of 4 and oversee cycle counts in a cold food storage environment. Working as part of a collaborative team in a positive, progressive environment, your duties will also include:
Processing customer orders, enquiries and following up on any issues
Perform regular stock adjustments
Analyze and produce daily inventory reports
Conduct routine cycle counts
Investigate all discrepancies and issues within allocated time frames
Maintain excellent standards of recording and filing all reports, stock adjustments, cycle count sheets, claims/resolutions and out of stock information
Maintain accurate stock receipting
The Successful Applicant will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
Stock Control experience is essential (stocktake, cycle counts, supplier relationships)
Familiar with working in a cold storage environment
High Risk Forklift License is highly desirable
Meticulous with great analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage work schedules unsupervised
Flexible and reliable with the capacity to work under pressure
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
