This boutique advisory business is experiencing consistent growth and expansion, they are seeking an experienced Equity Adviser to manage existing relationships and help build out Equity and ECM sales. They can offer market-leading compensation, a great work environment and long-term career progression.They will expect you to maximise opportunities from your existing portfolio and you will be backed by a successful team and a range of products and services. They will provide all the tools needed to succeed as well as mentorship and any required training.
They have experienced year-on-year growth and are looking for experienced individuals to join them. They are particularly interested in Advisors who have had exposure to mining firms and ECM deals and enjoy working in a team-based environment.

- A passion for the markets, trading strategies and being successful!
- Experience in Equities sales, Equity Capital Raisings & Debt Capital Raisings
- An existing portfolio of clients, size isn't too important
- RG 146
- A clean bankruptcy/solvency and criminal record are essential
