AddressYES Medical is an exciting company rapidly growing as a strong contender in the Healthcare sector.
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager for our ERP System [Odoo], to join our internal IT team, and take responsibility for the ERP performance as a whole.
As an Odoo/ERP Project Manager at YES Medical, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end implementations of internal projects.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, developers, and other internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Your role will involve business analysis activities, prioritization of projects, coordinating development teams, and reporting to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Odoo ERP projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into projects
- Apply business nous to determine most strategically important projects
- Coordinate and manage project teams, including developers and support teams
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Ensure quality assurance and user acceptance testing are conducted effectively.
- Provide training and support to internal users during and after the implementation process.
- Document project requirements, specifications, and changes. Ensure wider staff are communicated to of any major project changes.

- Manufacturing

We have approx. 150 users across multiple installations, and manage development entirely internally – this allows us great levels of flexibility, and the ability to drive business process efficiency without roadblocks.
Our Odoo installation is integrated with multiple platforms, for purposes such as:
- Advanced data analytics
- B2B & B2C website integration
- WMS and Warehouse Automation
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience with ERP systems – especially Odoo
- Understanding of Financial & Accounting concepts
- Technical background and knowledge of major software development components
- Familiarity with Software Development processes
- Problem-solving skills.
- Self-managed and motivated individual
- Strong People Skills
