We have an exciting opportunity for an ERP Support Officer to join join the team at Rowville, VIC.
The principal purpose of the role is to provide level 1/2 Application Support role to support Dynamics 365BC, Oracle Netsuite, iBodyshop, and Pinnacle applications. This is a Junior level position and will involve IT admin work as well as helpdesk / troubleshooting support.
You will work closely with the business to understand the use of business applications, and how best to improve operation or system process to improve efficiency, accuracy, or cost.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and problem solving across the AMA Groups business applications, ERP’s and HR systems
- Manage the triage, prioritization, and allocation of support tickets, gradually taking on more responsibility as you gain experience and exposure to business processes and technical problem-solving.
- Maintaining and monitoring ERP and websites.
- Ability to understand overall warehousing and order to cash processes and provide user support.
- Logging issues with vendor and service providers for application related bugs and issues.
- Assist in documenting solutions and creating knowledge base articles to facilitate self-service support for common issues.
Skills and Experience
- 1 - 3 years’ experience providing technical support and the ability to demonstrate that.
- Experience with any ERP systems, or SQL knowledge is preferable. Knowledge of Netsuite, Microsoft D365 BC, iBody or Pinnacle is advantageous
- Commitment, initiative and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Strong empathy towards users and an ability to communicate effectively with individuals possessing varying levels of IT proficiency.
- Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn about business processes and technical problem-solving.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic support environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality support services.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
