The Role: As the ERZ Controller at Cook Colliery, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant statutory requirements. We offer an attractive rotation, along with a competitive salary for the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising coal mine workers.
- Carrying out inspections
- Directing and overseeing all personnel, systems and equipment
- Complying with safety and health management systems for the underground mine
- Enforcement of mine standards
- Providing leadership to ensure teams are productive and safe underground
- Demonstrated experience working as a ERZ Controller or Underground Production Supervisor within an underground coal mine
- Underground statutory ticket
- Queensland First, Second or Third-class Certificate of Competency or a Queensland Mutual Recognition.
