About the role
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated and customer focused individual to join our growing finance team located at our Lawnton Head Office. The role is responsible for proactively partnering with our customers and internal sales team to deliver tailored solutions that help customers remain up to date with payments.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Debt & Credit Management
- Reconciliation and processing of customer accounts
- Review, reconciliation, and ownership of the aged debtor trial balance
- Deliver a high level of customer service
- Address and resolve customer queries in a timely manner
- Liaise with external parties in relation to dispute resolution and debt recovery
- Support quality assurance and continuous improvement
What you will need to succeed:
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are essential, Pronto experience an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Proactive and relationship oriented
- Collaborative approach to your work and a supportive team player
- Problem solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
