Form of work'There is a lot happening at Mackay Sugar, and we need great people to help us get it done. ’ About the role We are seeking a sustainability/ESG specialist to join our organisation, where you will play a vital role in building and improving our ESG data capabilities, systems, and tools.
We are looking for someone that is passionate about sustainability and can help us achieve our purpose which is to “create value, sustainably, from grower to consumer.” This role will be part of the People & Culture team and support the development of Mackay Sugar’s sustainability reporting to ensure our ESG profiles align with Australian regulatory framework and the overarching Nordzucker Sustainability Strategy. This role will have the opportunity to interact with colleagues in other countries as required. Key accountabilities will include: Work closely within a highly collaborative team setting, participating in and sometimes leading, strategic initiatives.
