About The Opportunity
- Manage estate planning files, including drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney
- Advise on business succession for high net worth individuals and families
- Handle deceased estate files, including preparing probate and letters of administration applications
- Assist in the development of an online client hub
- Deal with estate disputes, representing either the executor or the claimant
- Keep up to date with legislative developments
- Develop referral relationships and attend networking events
- Contribute to the firm's content marketing efforts
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in estate law (applicants with less experience are encouraged to apply)
- Experience in business law and property law (beneficial, but not essential)
- Excellent client communication skills and genuine empathy
- A thirst for knowledge and willingness to embrace technology
- The ability to manage time and prioritise work effectively
- Accountability and enthusiasm in everything they do
- An intimate knowledge of LEAP, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (preferred, but not essential)
- Experience with project management tools, such as Kajabi and Monday (preferred, but not essential)
