Turner Freeman is a national mid tier law firm.
Due to growth we are currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant/Paralegal to assist a senior practitioner in our Wills and Estate Practice based at our Parramatta office.
Your role will be varied and will include:
- Management of client files/matters
- Drafting estate planning documents
- Preparing probate applications
- Drafting court documents and filing on the online registry
- Liaising with clients
- Arranging meetings/ diary management.
About you
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in Aderant Expert and iManage will be an advantage, however not essential as full induction training will be provided
- Excellent Word and Outlook ability
- Friendly and positive attitude.
