Executive Assistant/Paralegal - Wills & Estates

Turner Freeman is a national mid tier law firm.  

Due to growth we are currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant/Paralegal to assist a senior practitioner in our Wills and Estate Practice based at our Parramatta office.    

Your role will be varied and will include:

• Management of client files/matters
• Drafting estate planning documents
• Preparing probate applications
• Drafting court documents and filing on the online registry
• Liaising with clients
• Arranging meetings/ diary management.

About you

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience in Aderant Expert and iManage  will be an advantage, however not essential as full induction training will be provided
• Excellent Word and Outlook ability
• Friendly and positive attitude.
