Admiral Mechanical Services Pty Ltd is a privately owned, well established, growing business based in Myaree, WA. We are primarily a commercial HVAC contractor with a dedicated Service Department.
We specialise in providing service, maintenance and installation to our commercial clients. We currently have over 300 maintenance contracts with the opportunity to grow further with the right people.
THE ROLE
We are looking for an Estimator / Administrator to join our team and become part of our growing business. The role is varied and fast-paced and includes liaising with field technicians, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure a prompt, efficient response to HVAC breakdowns and maintenance. This position could suit a technician looking to “get off the tools” or an experienced HVAC administrator wanting to learn new skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the completion of service reports and technician's time ready for invoicing.
- Preparation of quotes for new works and repairs found during maintenance.
- Liaising with clients with a focus on developing great relationships.
- Converting quotes to jobs and ordering of required parts.
- Assist the management and admin team as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in the HVAC industry
- Experience using simPRO software or similar
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
