The Position: Estimator
As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in project development. Your responsibilities include:

• Project Sourcing and Registration
• Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
• Liaison with Clients and Architects
• Value Engineering
• Material Costing
• Subcontractor Costing
• Expressions of Interest Preparation and Submission
• Subcontractor Documentation Management
• Review and Assessment of Subcontractor Quotes
• Tender Submissions
• Quality Checks on Tenders
• Collaboration with Relevant Parties for Successful Tender Handover

Requirements:

• Building-Related Degree
• Proven History as an Estimator on Similar Projects Locally
• Right to Work in Australia (No Sponsorship Required)
