From new residential installs/repairs and commissionings to commercial installations, we tackle every project with precision and professionalism. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a dedicated Plumber/Estimator to play a key role in our south eastern Queensland region.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate plumbing needs for residential and commercial projects.
- Estimate material and labor costs accurately for plumbing installations, repairs, and renovations.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to develop comprehensive project plans.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plumber, with experience in residential and commercial HSTP systems, including septic conversions.
- Strong proficiency in estimating, including the ability to analyze wastewater designs and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid plumbing license and driver's license.
- Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.
