About the role
This role’s primary purpose is to coordinate and deliver the numerous and varied events of the organisation, including breakfasts, luncheons, annual awards program, state conference, member briefing sessions and other networking events. The role will also assist in providing event support to the Property Education Foundation (PEF).
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate the overall events program and manage all event logistics,
- Ensure event budgets are managed and revenue targets met or exceeded,
- Develop all supporting marketing collateral and production materials,
- Manage relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Manage the event registration process in Salesforce and Fonteva ensuring accurate and timely processing and appropriate records kept

Performance will be assessed on an ongoing basis based on adequate demonstration of the role’s core competencies and agreed KPIs that are reviewed and agreed every six months. Interested candidates should call for a confidential conservation.

Skills and experience
Essential criteria:
- Demonstrated experience operating successfully in a fast paced, highly demanding/challenging role with event experience
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills; ability to effectively manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Must have the right to live and work in Australia
- Must have a current drivers licence
Desirable
- Experience working in a member-based organisation
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Fonteva
- Understanding of property/urban development/planning would be highly regarded but not essential
