The Role
Working closely with Senior Event Producers and with guidance from other in-house event staff, you'll play an integral role in assisting the development of our current stable of events, plus conceptualise and launch new initiatives with the team. You also have the opportunity to work with the in-house AV, marketing and design teams.
More specifically, you will;
- Establish and develop strong relationships with event stakeholders, suppliers and partners
- Fulfilment of marketing strategies and media plans associated with event promotions
- Ability to travel interstate for events
- Venue and supplier bookings
- Troubleshoot conflicts and issues as they arise
- Coordinate travel and accommodation
- Assist with management of sponsors and speakers
- Manage delegate registrations and event logistics
- Communicate clearly with internal and external client
- The Candidate
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months' experience across events and/or marketing, and a track record in working on multiple projects concurrently.
Previous experience with producing events for the financial services, law, defence, investment, or property sectors, while not a requirement, would be an advantage.
