As our business continues to grow, an exciting opportunity had become available for an Event Manager to join our team in a part-time or fulltime capacity. The position can be flexible to support your lifestyle, family commitments and level of experience.
Atelier – House of Events produces events across a range of industries, however our niche is large-scale community and pop-up events, food and wine industry-focused events, festivals, place activation, launches, awards and galas.

About You
As an Event Manager with Atelier – House of Events, you will be adding to a prestigious brand with a reputation for producing world-class events and creating memorable experiences.
- Demonstrated experience in event management.
- Creative appetite for event, activation and experiential curation.
- Ability to lead and manage support staff, brand ambassadors and suppliers.
- Possess extensive industry networks.
- Maintain excellent interpersonal skills and the creative capability to identify and nurture key internal and external relationships with a number of stakeholders.
- Experience working to and meeting budgets and tight deadlines.
- Hold strong administration skills, superior accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborative approach, team player and have the ability to work independently.
Role Responsibilities
- Event management, including operations, logistics and financial management.
- Creative conception and curation of events.
- Contribution to digital marketing, communications and PR strategies for projects.
- Guest management including ticketing, guest liaison and onsite guest registration co-ordination.
- Brand ambassador and event staff coordination and briefings.
- Event reporting and acquittals.
This role is available with an immediate start and based in our North Fremantle studio.
