As the Event Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every event is executed flawlessly, exceeding the expectations of our clients and guests.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of Event Operations, from planning to execution, to ensure the successful delivery of weddings and events.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that all details are meticulously planned and carried out.
- Supervise event staff, including servers, bartenders, and support staff, to ensure exceptional service and seamless performance of events.
- Oversee setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring that all equipment and décor are arranged according to client specifications.
- Monitor event proceedings to ensure that guests receive immaculate service and a positive experience from start to finish.
- Attend weekly pre-event meetings with staff to review event details, assign roles, and ensure that everyone is prepared to deliver a flawless experience.
- Maintain inventory of event supplies and equipment, and coordinate with the appropriate departments to ensure that all items are readily available for events.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the event experience and improve operational efficiency.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Event Operations or Hospitality Management, with a proven track record of successfully executing weddings and events.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, staff, and vendors.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
- Knowledge of event planning software and tools is preferred.
