Event Styling and Operations Supervisor

We are looking for a supervisor experienced in Event Styling who can lead, manage and mentor our team of casual stylists, whilst ensuring our designers' proposals for the client comes to life.  No two days are the same and you and your team will be creating some of Brisbane's most exciting and successful events, activations and Christmas displays for our valued clients.

What you will do

• Lead, motivate and inspire your team to deliver amazing concepts
• Maintaining a high standard for all projects installed and ensuring they are completed within client timeframes
• Build rapport with clients giving a personal level of service
• Ensuring all work health and safety guidelines are adhered to
• Schedule staff in line with project timelines
• Work closely with design team to understand concepts and identify any obstacles for delivery
• Support stocktake

About you

• Styling Installation Experience
• Visual Merchandising Experience
• Initiative to problem solve with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
• Calm under pressure – organised, agile, ability to multi-task with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to train and upskill team members
• Intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Clean manual drivers’ license essential and able to drive large vans/truck
• Available to work weekends and evenings when required for client installations and dismantles
• Professional tickets – EWP, Forklift, First Aid - desirable
