Qualifications & experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role or administrative role, within the hospitality, events or exhibition Industry
- Ability to work independently and to work under strict deadlines
- Driver’s License required
- High level of experience with MS outlook, word, excel and PowerPoint.
- Capable of multi-tasking and managing several projects at a time
- Familiarity with hire rental systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer contact skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Exhibitor Sales and general sales
- Collaborate with internal teams including, sales, design, and operation to align exhibition objectives with overall company goals. Collaborating with the design team, you'll communicate print requirements and ensure client needs are met.
- Serve as the point of contact for exhibitor related enquiries and ensuring timely responses and smooth communication with stakeholders
- Reactive general hire sales, data entry and processing for exhibitor and general hire sales
- Responsibilities include managing exhibitor lists, invoicing, and data entry using RMS system.
- Play a pivotal role in meeting revenue targets for both exhibition and general hire sales.
- Flexibility to work onsite at exhibitions for exhibitor services between Gold Coast and Brisbane, outside general office hours. Interstate travel on request and agreeance.
- This role involves client and internal communication via email and phone, as well as supporting general administrative tasks
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each exhibition and identify areas for improvement
- Comply with legal, and WPH&S procedures to ensure personal safety as requested.
