YOT Club & Crystal Blue Yacht Charters, a leading luxury yacht charter company, is in search of a Sales and Events Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll focus on supporting sales, assisting with events, and building client connections.

Responsibilities:
Assist in managing incoming leads efficiently with HubSpot
Support lead nurturing through the sales process within set timelines
Assist in recommending products tailored to customer needs
Communicate with customers via phone calls, emails, and site visits to understand their needs
Handle objections during calls to help close deals
Assist in identifying potential clients through networking and research to increase sales
Help with administrative tasks such as charter agreements, invoices, and BEOs
Support in generating reports for private charter events on a weekly and monthly basis
Assist in monitoring sales against budgets and tracking lead conversion times
Identify opportunities for CRM optimization and improvement
Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts
Assist in managing multiple projects to contribute to the sales strategy
Utilize software platforms effectively to improve efficiency
Qualifications:
This is an entry level role
Strong customer service skills
Familiarity with CRM software, preferably HubSpot, is a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Attention to detail with strong organisational skills
