The Opportunity
As an Events and Admin Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to seamlessly orchestrate and execute a wide range of events while providing essential administrative support across the BVAC business. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of various events, from seminars and conferences to social gatherings and celebratory events.
How will I help?
- Plan and execute events from conception to completion, considering budgets and logistical requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event logistics.
- Manage event timelines, invitations, schedules, and all related documentation
- Work closely with Leadership team EAs to ensure scheduling is consistent with BVAC calendar of Events and stakeholder availability
- Communicate event details, timelines, and expectations clearly to all stakeholders
- Support the Head of Corporate Affairs with the BVAC AU events calendar Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the team including supplier payments and adhoc projects
- Support the Customer Experience team with feedback calls
- Oversee venue selection, negotiation, and setup for events
- Coordinate with venue staff to ensure all technical and logistical requirements are met

What do I need?
- Previous experience in coordination of events, travel, meetings is desirable
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills
