About The PositionWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Functions & Events Manager to join this esteemed bar and grill. Position Description- Plan and coordinate all events and functions
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Manage event staff and delegate tasks
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver exceptional service
- Develop and manage event budgets
- Proven experience in event management, preferably in a hospitality setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
