With a growing presence in Australia, there is now an opportunity to join their team and support their Event Operations team.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Post Sales Team Leader and Events Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Finalising pre-course event information
- Handling and processing of contracts
- Supporting the Sales team with process improvement to ensure efficiency
- Maintaining and updating sales, customer records and data management through internal CRM systems
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of their services and system
- Assisting with annual budgets
- Working closely with various departments to address administrative needs.
- Working closely with the wider Operations Team including Finance, Sales, and Training Delivery
To be successful for this role, you will have:
- Previous administration experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in excel is required
- Exposure to coordination of events will be highly regarded
- A high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous exposure to collaborating with various teams is desirable
- A self-driven attitude with solution and problem solving
