A key role within Serco Traffic Camera Services, the role requires a high attention to detail by assessing images and incident data captured by traffic cameras and applying technical guidelines and policies to decide as to whether the image should be accepted for prosecution. In response to a rapidly expanding service model, we are looking for an Evidence Processing Officer to support the Verifications team in Melbourne.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for reviewing images captured by traffic cameras for the creation of infringement notices. You will be working in an environment that requires compliance and a high attention to detail. Utilising your experience dealing with high volumes of work, you will meet and exceed processing KPIs.
For this reason, you will have experience in concentrating for long periods of time, as well as the ability to show initiative. You will also have high levels of integrity and utilising this when finding solutions to problems, this will ensure success and opportunities for career development within the vast Serco community. Due to the nature of the position, a knowledge of vehicles and registration plates is desirable but not essential.
