Key Responsibilities;
Position Description
- Counsel international students to facilitate their admission in registered training organizations or guide about their visa, keeping in mind their visa requirements
- Identify their career goals, future prospects and potential gaps in their background information
- Guide international students on the various courses offered by universities, TAFE's, and other Registered Training Organisations to help them achieve their study goals in Australia
- Create and maintain accurate client information the company's CRM system
- Use strong research skills to keep up to date with industry information relating to visas, new courses and university updates, international education industry regulations etc.
- Develop a wide network of students and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders including student body associations, agents, partners and education providers
- Create content and participate in marketing activities via social media to engage and build a prospective client base
- Act professionally at all times by practicing responsible business ethics as per the Agent Code of Ethics.
Accounts Officer
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes, including preparation of journal entries and financial reports.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards.
- Hindi/Urdu language is preferred along with excellent written and spoken English

Skills and experience
- Previous experience working in a similar role within the education industry (preferable)
- Extensive knowledge of the international education sector in Australia (preferable)
- Ability to achieve organisational goals and meet targets in a timely manner
- Strong sales and customer service techniques
- An energetic and creative personality, with a 'can-do' attitude
- Hindi/Urdu language is preferred along with excellent written and spoken English
