We are looking for a Operations & Orders Superstar to join our dynamic and energetic team who will provide exceptional customer service and be highly organized and efficient.
About IntraSpace- we are a storage and furniture supplier to Medical, Education and Corporate sectors. This well established company provides storage systems, mobile shelving, display shelving, furniture solutions, etc for several different industries nationally, including education, libraries, business, councils, through to large scales healthcare storage solutions for leading hospitals.
This role is office based and includes controlling all incoming orders and projects and processing these from Quote to Sales Order and through to Purchasing. Customer base is national and a lot of orders are time-sensitive so require accurate and speed to ensure meticulous packing, attention to detail when purchasing custom joinery and furniture.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Receiving new orders from clients and processing these into Sales Orders and fully understand each projects requirements.
- Purchasing all products that are required for the orders and projects.
- Manage and report on stock availability, pricing, and delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service to our new and existing customers (phone and email)
- Communicate effectively between internal teams including sales, designs and finance and also suppliers.
Experience:
- Experience in a similar role such eg. Sales and Administration, Purchasing, Customer Service role.
- Having had experience in dealing with, Invoicing, Quotes, Freight, Order processing and record keeping.
- Experience as a superior organiser and strong time management skills, speed, memory, client care and accuracy are essential.
- An essential requirement is having the ability to take responsibility and communicate / report back to the team manager face to face and by email continually.
- Excellent attention to detail

- Ability to build positive working relationships and work in a team.
- Self-motivated with a top-notch work ethic with the ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Proven experience in a fast paced administration, customer facing or personal assistants’ role
- Flexible & adaptable in a fast paced environment
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office and computer skills - experience with Netsuite ERP would be a plus.
