About the Client
Our client is responsible for a high volume of road construction and road upgrades with multiple projects across Southeast Queensland and Darling Downs Region. With a project in Kearney Spring (Toowoomba) now underway, they are seeking an experienced GPS Excavator Operator to join their team in an ongoing position as well as additional operators!
About the Role
As an experienced GPS Excavator Operator you will be required to operate 8-20T excavators working on a subdivision. You will be required to work Monday to Friday completing 9-10 hour shifts with the occasional Saturday when required.
You will be required to complete;
- Detailed excavations
- Earthworks
- Bulk load out
- Shoring & battering
What you will need
- Construction White Card
- Excavator Ticket
- Previous experience as a GPS excavator Operator
- Recent Civil experience across Road Construction or Sub-Divisions
- Drivers Licence + reliable transport
- Strong regard for safety and great communication skills
