Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage the main company inbox, ensuring timely responses to inquiries
• Maintain meticulous records by creating and updating jobs in the system
• Demonstrate precision in amending work orders and maintaining client files
• Deliver exceptional service while professionally handling incoming calls
• Provide invaluable administrative support with enthusiasm and accuracy
• Foster effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders
• Embrace additional responsibilities as needed with a proactive approach

Qualifications We Seek:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
