Junior Receptionist

This is a top opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic person to secure a wonderful local front desk position with a long established company in the food industry. The position will involve talking to clients about the Company's well recognised products and services so an interest in the food industry is ideal.

Training in all aspects of the position will be given and your busy day will include:

• Answering all incoming calls
• Greeting and assisting visitors
• Entering sales orders 
• Keeping the reception areas tidy and presentable
• Organising drivers paperwork for daily deliveries
• Filing & scanning
• Assisting office staff as necessary

Ideally you will have six months office experience however candidates who have worked in customer service (retail or hospitality) will also be considered. Good computer skills (MS Office) along with an excellent telephone manner, an outgoing nature and polished personal presentation are also pre-requisites for the role.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. The company is located in the East Chatswood area with parking provided and the bus from Chatswood station takes approximately 7 minutes.  The salary guide is $50,000 to $55,000 + Super (dependent on experience).
