An opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and well disciplined team member to join our team at Southcoast BMW as a receptionist.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The ideal candidate will receive specialised training both through internal and external sources to ensure growth and development working alongside an experienced Sales team. A high level of professionalism and presentation is a must. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not limited to answering a busy switchboard as the voice of Southcoast BMW, mail sorting, recording data for sales team.
Previous experience in a reception position not necessary.
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated competency in using Microsoft Office programs
- Exceptional communication skills
- A strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and well disciplined
- High focus on customer service
- Ability to handle a busy switchboard
