APG Workforce are currently seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Officer for a role based a Sydney Government Sector.
- 4-month assignment - possible extension

- $54.00 Per Hour + Super
- 7 hrs p/d / 35 hrs p/w
- Location: Sydney CBD
Provide a range of executive and administrative support services to the Office of the Director across a range of complex matters to ensure consistent communication between the office and Art Gallery’s internal and external stakeholders.
Key accountabilities
- Provide executive and administrative support, ensuring discretion and confidentiality in handling all critical and sensitive matters
- Provide support in managing the Director’s diary appointments, records and correspondence, coordinate travel arrangements and schedule and support meetings to facilitate the effective management of the Office of the Director and business priorities
- Assist with coordination of events and presentations for and on behalf of the Director.
- Provide support to the Chief of Staff.
- Undertake research, collate, coordinate and draft briefings, papers, submissions, speech notes, reports and correspondence on matters relating to a range of stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage records and databases, complying with administrative systems, processes, and policies, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.
- Demonstrated success in the provision of administrative support to senior executives.
- Experience in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues with a high level of tact and discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to determine priorities in an environment of tight and conflicting deadlines, using a high degree of initiative and independence.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- High-level keyboard skills and extensive experience in the use of a range of Microsoft software.
