Leading Sunshine Coast property and commercial law firm is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join our dynamic team to assist with residential conveyancing.
Our current Conveyancing Assistant is heading overseas for approximately 4 months and we need you! We are looking for a dependable member of the team who can think on their feet and who is a team player. As an integral part of the team, the successful candidate will be involved in assisting our senior conveyancer handle the day-to-day running of our residential conveyancing files. You will need to commence the position ideally around mid to late-June, for approximately 4 months.
Skills & Experience:
- some previous experience in a conveyancing role is preferred
- some understanding of aspects of residential transactions
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Experience with LEAP Legal software is advantageous;
- Positive, self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team; and
- Have a high level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
