The Role:
- Monday – Friday
- Sales Support and supporting a high performing agent and their team
- Handling all sales administration
- Booking marketing and coordinating marketing campaigns
- Liaising with the marketing coordinator to upload properties online
- Ordering and managing stock for clients (such as flowers, candles and hampers)
- Preparing all materials for appraisals
- Compliance Control
- Manage social media and branding
- Liaising with buyers, vendors and solicitors
- Ad-hoc administration duties
- Monday – Friday role
- Up to $100,000 package
- Support a highly regarded agent in the industry
- This is a high performing agent that has a focus on the high end prestige market
- Excellent Career Progression
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong administration and communication skills
- The ability to work proactively and independently
- Must have a reliable car and drivers license
- Strong administration and communication skills
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate license
- Previous Real Estate experience in a similar role is essential
