The Role
You will be providing high level administrative support to three Directors. Your day-to-day duties will consist of, but will not be limited to:
- Diary and email management;
- Minute taking; and
- Distribution of papers.
About You
To be considered for this position, you will have the following skill set:
- Previous experience working at an Executive Assistant level;
- Knowledge of MS Office - intermediate level; and
- Recent minute taking experience.
What's on Offer

- 8:30am - 4pm, Monday to Friday; and
