Are you an experienced Executive or Personal Assistant looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our Energy Futures team for a 12-month contract. In this role, you will provide essential support to our Executive General Manager, ensuring their time is optimised and their objectives are achieved.

Within this role you will;

  • Manage the Executive’s schedule and priorities, ensuring efficient use of their time
  • Handle administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, invoice payments, and document proofreading with attention to detail and professionalism
  • Coordinate and facilitate Divisional meetings and events
  • Oversee and mentor the PA Support Officer, ensuring top-tier support for the Energy Futures Leadership team
  • Streamline administrative processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain internal communication systems, including managing the Division’s web page

Your expertise

  • Significant experience as an Executive/Personal assistant supporting senior leaders
  • Skills in drafting reports, presentations and correspondence for a variety of stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in business software such as MS Office, SAP, and Objective
  • Excellent organisational, self-management, and time management skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a customer service orientation
  • Ability to exercise judgment, initiative, and discretion in stakeholder management
