What you will be doing in this role
In this crucial Executive Assistant role, you will provide confidential and comprehensive support to our CEO. You will be able to take pride and have great satisfaction while contributing to our organisation's success as part of our highly skilled executive support team.
This role incorporates all the traditional EA support duties you would expect:
- Extensive diary management and scheduling.
- Inbox, email and correspondence management.
- Coordinating of board and executive leadership meetings.
- Presentation and report preparation for the CEO.
- Preparation of agendas, papers and action items for meetings.
- Coordination of business events and conferences.
Who we are looking for
To be considered for this position you will be a polished and engaging Executive Assistant with at least 5 + years of proven C-Suite experience.
Paramount to the success of this role is someone with the ability to exercise sound judgement, discretion, confidentiality and flexibility to deliver exceptional support. This is an outstanding opportunity to work for a remarkable CEO and be part of an organisation truly making a difference!
