At JWH Group, one of Western Australia's largest residential home builders, you would be working with the General Manager and owner/family member in supporting and contributing toward achieving the group's respective visions and missions.
As a highly organised, detail oriented member of our team with strong communication abilities, you would need to have the ability to move from task to task whilst also juggling the priorities and workload as it comes through.
There's the general items of day to day calendar coordination, meeting and appointment setting and meeting preparation, but this also then spans to some of the larger items where you'd be organising and coordinating some of our events such as Annual social events, training events, sundowners and staff development programs.
You'd interact with the Marketing teams for some of the group's marketing activities, whilst also booking conferences, training days and HIA/MBA and UDIA events as required.
