A successful builder and manufacturer on the Gold Coast seeking an experienced Executive Assistant. Working in a modern, open-plan office, you will be supported by the team around you and full training will be provided on their systems and processes.
Your new role
As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Email and Diary Management
- Travel Management
- Coordinating meetings and taking minutes
- Credit Card reconciliation
- Fleet management
- Managing office supplies, catering and events
- General administration tasks to support the MD and the wider team
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant (minimum 2 years)
- A high level of attention to detail
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
- Full time availability Monday - Friday
