We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our clients team who are Construction Lawyers. Reporting to two Directors, you will be responsible for providing high quality executive support and administration assistance to the team.

As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include:
- Executive level support to two Directors
- Diary and email management including meeting coordination and managing conflicts
- Preparation and distribution of agendas, recording of meeting minutes and action items for leadership and board meetings
- Assist with annual calendar planning and event coordination including internal team functions as well as external conferences and events
- Travel arrangements
- Administer, proof read and draft correspondence, reports, presentations and meeting documentation
- Previous high-level experience supporting a senior executive or large team
- Experience in dealing with stakeholders with a demonstrated high level of cultural awareness
- Highly developed communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to track multiple schedules, projects and assignments
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work calmly under pressure.
- A self-starter who is able to work independently
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
