  Shift into the spotlight: our award-winning client is searching for an Executive Assistant maestro who's geared up to support the General Manager in navigating the thrilling course of the auto business. They're after someone who's not just experienced, but also revved with an adrenaline for organisational excellence.

  As an EA accelerator, you’ll cruise through responsibilities, powering the engine of executive management with administrative mastery. This position is more than just a role; it's the fast lane to becoming a linchpin in one of the Gold Coast's largest automotive groups, propelling your career forward.   Living on the Gold Coast isn't just about the job; it’s about embracing the city's heartbeat, enjoying the sun-drenched beaches, and blending your career aspirations with life's pleasures, fuelling every day with adventure.

  Your racetrack includes: Orchestrating incoming and outgoing calls for the General Manager. Drafting and refining correspondence, and fuelling communication pipelines.

Charging up presentations and reports with precision and flair. Researching and assembling high-octane materials for executive strategies. Navigating meetings with finesse, capturing minutes, and driving action items.

Liaising with the leadership pit crew and vital stakeholders. Scheduling and coordinating pit stops (meetings) with efficiency. Overseeing the showroom's maintenance to ensure it's running smoothly.

  Your toolkit should have: Proven EA experience, ideally within a bustling, ever-evolving business. A high-revving energy level, coupled with integrity, discretion, and a sharp eye for detail. Robust organisational skills to stay on track and follow through.

Exceptional communication abilities and the talent to manage multiple tasks in a lap. A command of MS Office, specifically in navigating Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.   Victory lap rewards: A $3,500 Longevity Bonus for seasoned team members.
