Job Description:Our Exciting Opportunity:We are now looking for an
Executive Assistant to provide a high degree of administrative support and service to managers, unit leadership teams and where applicable, to unit members. Assistants may in some cases take decisions on behalf of their manager and represent the unit if delegated.In this role, you would:
- Support management with calendar, diary management, and meeting room bookings
- Plan and organise internal and external events e.g., meetings, workshops and training.
- Collate information, create presentations, capture meeting minutes, as required.
- Assist with managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, based locally and overseas
- Raise Purchase Orders and process invoices through SAP
- Support with use of Ericsson administrative tools & other general tools
- Support with travel arrangements and travel claims
- Handle entry and exit administration and support management.
- Drive improvement and implementation of administrative routines, within local and regional teams, as required
- Act as team leader for the unit assistant group, as required.
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in equivalent support roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high degree of attention to detail
- Familiarity with SAP, Concur and other travel booking system.
- Experience in fast-paced, matrixed environments
- Have strong time management skills
- Can-do and positive attitude
- Lateral thinker and has the ability to multi-task
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Outlook and conference equipment.
