About the Role
This is an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who has a desire to work in the education sector. Working closely with the Principal, the Executive Assistant contributes to the effective management and operations of the Principals’ Office. A key function of this role will be providing executive and administrative support to the Principal of CBC as well as the EREA Colleges Regional Director of Education in Western Australia and South Australia.
Duties
- Diary management, arranging meetings and minute taking
- Booking interstate and overseas travel
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing day to day correspondence and telephone enquiries
- Assisting with college enrolments, college archiving and compliance
Skills & Experience
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Warm, professional, and positive approach
- Experience in a senior administration role
- Current RHANN, WWCC and CESA screen certificate
