Key Responsibilities:
- Provide confidential administrative support to senior executives
- Manage executive diaries and scheduling
- Prepare sensitive correspondence and briefing notes
- Support and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including senior government officials
- Organise travel arrangements and logistics for executives
- Maintain records and documentation in accordance with policies and standards
- Assist with minor projects, research, and report preparation
About You:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- High level of initiative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
