Key Responsibilities
- First and foremost you'll provide executive support; Keep the Executive's day running smoothly by managing the diary, handling calls, and addressing urgent issues.
- Prepare responses for high-level briefings and ensure all communications are clear and professional.
- Plan and organise meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing logistics.
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders and provide top-notch customer service.
- 5+ years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint for creating polished presentations.
- Exceptional time management and the ability to handle multiple priorities calmly.
- Ability to take to be proactive and take initiative.
