Form of workTalent International is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a NSW Government client based in Sydney CBD and Kingswood (CEO moves across 2 locations). The position is initially a short term engagement currently approved till 18 April with the possibility of extension. The role is paying between $48 to $53 per hour plus superannuation.

Description:
- Provide sensitive and effective administrative and support to the Office of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to ensure the smooth running of the CEO’s office, including high-level liaison with Government, Trustees and staff.
- Provide a range of timely, accurate and efficient administrative, minute taking and project support to assist in meeting changing priorities, workload peaks and project needs.
- Supporting CEO with diary and email management, word processing, data entry, photocopying, liaising with staff and Executive.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous EA experience supporting C-Suite executives
- Experience providing sensitive and effective administrative support to the Office of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
- Demonstrated experience in Assisting in the smooth running of the CEO’s office.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills to liaise with Government officials, Trustees, and staff.
- Providing timely, accurate, and efficient administrative support to meet changing priorities, workload peaks, and project needs.
- Offering project support, including minute taking.
- Supporting the CEO with diary and email management.
- Handling word processing tasks, data entry, and photocopying.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all staff and internal and external stakeholders
- Available immediately to interview and to commence
