THE ROLE
Reporting to Executive personnel, the Administration & Accounts Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, developing detailed reports and supporting the overall efficiency of the organisation.
This position requires a combination of strong organisational skills, attention to detail and proficiency in handling data and spreadsheets.
- Issuing and reconciling of accounts receivables and accounts payables
- Conducting financial reporting
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
- Preparing and delivering detailed reports to stakeholders
- Updating and maintaining data management systems accordingly
- Assisting with the delivery of organisational projects
- Provide administrative support to Executive personnel
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE…
- A positive work ethic with ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with sound Excel skills in particular
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Xero) would be advantageous
- Experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role (highly desirable)
