Dialysis Australia is a respected and experienced provider of home-based dialysis services.  As an enabler of in-home dialysis care, Dialysis Australia is making a difference for people living with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). 

THE ROLE

Reporting to Executive personnel, the Administration & Accounts Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, developing detailed reports and supporting the overall efficiency of the organisation.

This position requires a combination of strong organisational skills, attention to detail and proficiency in handling data and spreadsheets.

• Issuing and reconciling of accounts receivables and accounts payables
• Conducting financial reporting
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
• Preparing and delivering detailed reports to stakeholders
• Updating and maintaining data management systems accordingly
• Assisting with the delivery of organisational projects
• Provide administrative support to Executive personnel 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE…

• A positive work ethic with ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with sound Excel skills in particular
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Xero) would be advantageous
• Experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role (highly desirable)
